Association of Access to Family Planning Information and Unwanted Pregnancy

Unwanted Pregnancy (UP) is a condition in which partner or the opposite sex does not want pregnancy birth between partners. The incidence of Indonesia still high (17.5%). has an impact on health mother, infant, and family problems. study aimed to determine relationship access information about planning Indonesia. This type research quantitative with cross-sectional design using Program Performance Accountability Survey 2019 secondary data. independent variable dependent being Pregnancy. Confounding variables are predisposing factors (age, education, occupation, parity, marital status), enabling (area residence, socioeconomic status, needs), reinforcing (support from workers). sample this were women childbearing age 15-49 years who recorded as pregnant. Multivariate analysis multivariate logistic regression. Results show that there significant UP Indonesia, after controlling for confounding (p-value 0.001) (OR=1.964;95%CI:1.334-2.893). Health promotion efforts needed through communication, information, education regarding importance so it can influence behavior
